Perfect? REALLY?

Have you ever looked out your window to notice a beautiful, sunny day?  From the window it seemed to be the perfect day for short sleeves until you went outside to find that the temperature was 10 degrees.  Looks can be deceiving.  Similarly in life, our house, job, outfit, car, and family may look perfect, but that doesn’t mean they are perfect!  We can have everything money can buy and be miserably unhappy and empty on the inside.  We attempt to fill our empty souls with counterfeits.  But people and material possessions will never satisfy like being in a day-to-day relationship with the Savior, the source of authentic happiness and hope.  Accept Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to fill you.  Begin getting to know Him today by spending time with Him in prayer and in His Word.  Trust Him for the fulfillment your aching and empty soul desires.
